Open Door Health Services | Federally Qualified Health Center Muncie & Anderson IN Madison County WIC—Elwood | The WIC (Women, Infant and Children’s) Program provides supplemental nutrition assistance for pregnant mothers, new moms, and children up to age five. Participants receive breastfeeding support, grocery assistance, and nutrition counseling from our team of WIC dietitians. WIC helps families start strong and stay that way by providing an EBT card families can use to get nutritious foods for free. Located at 208 S. Anderson Street, Elwood, IN 46036.
