https://www.neighborhoodhc.org/Neighborhood Health Center provides Primary Care, Mental Health, and Care Coordination services regardless of your ability to pay. Services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on your ability to pay. We also offer translation services, insurance navigators, BLS/CPR training and a retail Pharmacy. Anyone is eligible. We accept most private insurance, Indiana Medicaid and Medicare. For those that are uninsured we offer a sliding fee where you could pay as little as $5 a visit, if you qualify.
